there goes my knee again..
no heels for the next few days..
no more fast walking the next few days..
rest more the next few days..

dun feel like coming to work tomorrow.
jus wanna stay home to rest.
now i'm walking with a limp.

woke up feeling extremely happy today..
a very happy girl.
even though my knee gave way, i'm still a happy girl.

man, it really hurts.
it's been awhile since it last gave way..

feeling stupid becos it's my fault.
too happy tat i felt like jumping off a step.
the pain could have been prevented..
